Klopp will be standing down at Anfield at the end of the season, with his farewell tour turning from a potential fairy tale into a nightmare.

Just one Premier League win in their last five matches has seen the Reds drop to third in the table to all-but end their title chances with three games left.

Despite Liverpool's recent poor form, Moyes has joked he will be glad to see the back of Klopp, who was involved in a touchline spat with Mohamed Salah at West Ham.

Moyes boasts a woeful record against the ex-Borussia Dortmund boss, having won just once from their 14 meetings - losing on 11 occasions.

In what was all light-hearted banter, a smiling Moyes said: "I'll be glad he's gone.

"F****** too big, teeth are too bright. He's been immense for Liverpool, he really has been.

"I think he's the daddy there, I really do, and he has been able to control a big football club, which is something which is not easy to do at times, he's controlled it.

"Some can last the course — Jose Mourinho, Sir Alex [Ferguson], Pep [Guardiola], Arsene [Wenger], obviously Jurgen — others can’t last that course.

"I have to say Jurgen has been really good for Liverpool.”

He then quipped: "Hurry up and get away! I’ll be pleased to see you move on.

"To manage a club like Liverpool you have to be very good, and he’s very good at his job.”
